Love that the app made a way for me to create a food list, customized according to my personal sensitivity! Use it all the time
This is a great app for those of us with food intolerances. Thank you!
Im very grateful for this app as Im adjusting to a low histamine diet. I used something similar about 6 years ago when I was going gluten free so Im glad to see theres one for histamine as well. Its good to be able to pull out my phone when theres an ingredient Im unsure of, as well as helping me draw conclusions from my food diary.
I am fructose intolerant. This app helps me know what foods are acceptable and the levels of tolerance. Everyones intolerance level is different but this works for me.
I’ve been using All I Can Eat Tracker for a few months now, and I have to say, it’s been a game changer in managing my food sensitivities. The app is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean design that makes logging meals and tracking symptoms effortless. I love the extensive food database that allows me to quickly check ingredients for common intolerances like gluten, dairy, and nuts. One of the standout features is the symptom tracker. It’s easy to record how I’m feeling after meals and correlate certain foods with reactions, helping me pinpoint triggers with precision. The app also suggests personalized tips based on my food history, which has been invaluable for adjusting my diet. The premium version unlocks additional features like meal planning suggestions and access to educational resources about food intolerances. These extra tools are definitely worth the upgrade if you’re serious about managing your intolerances. The app also integrates seamlessly with Apple Health, allowing me to track my overall wellness alongside my food reactions. I’ve found it particularly helpful to share my logs with my doctor during appointments. Overall, I highly recommend the Food Intolerance Tracker to anyone looking for a reliable and comprehensive tool to manage their food sensitivities. It’s easy to use, packed with useful features, and has helped me regain control over my diet.
This food allergy is on is on the rise so you’ll be helping a lot of people if you improve it
I have unusual food allergies and this has been a very helpful tool ! Easy to use.
I wish this was as detailed a diet app where it says this food has this amount of this in it, even if it’s just a generalized amount in ANY food one looks up. Very similar to the nutritional content of food. I’d be happy to pay for a detailed list of thousands of food items. I’m trying very hard to figure out what I can and can’t eat and more to seeing this would help so much.
I don’t understand how to use this app
Looks beautiful and maybe I am clueless, but I could not locate any directions on how to set this up.
This is a really easy to use app that is free to anyone with adds. The only pro of paying for it is to remove ads (which I only sorry I’m driving after using more than a year). Anyone with food issues knows that not every list, even in science, perfectly agrees. If you look at the location this app is in Europe so, for example, cilantro is Coriander as they say in UK. Will this replaces ever needing to look elsewhere? No- but is it perfect for an individual YES!! Here’s why: you can toggle the lines. So if you react badly to something labeled green, just slide it to red and if you find you do well with something red, just toggle it. Moreover- you can add your own items! With that in mind this should help you walk through an elimination diet and be more than useful for that. You can’t expect an app to know more than the available science at the time so- reviewers- please stop wanting everything for nothing. It would be great to add info on portions- even if a generic size for all food so that I can understand the numbers better
This app does best when you need to add your own food and value that is not in the database or need to update something. I have it loaded on my iPod so it's wherever I take my purse.
This app has been helpful, however I’m not entirely sure it’s completely accurate. I agree with other reviews that state there’s no explanation of gray. The other colors are obvious. There is a lot of confusing information out there about food sensitivities, but this is a nice start. Too bad the developer won’t respond to reviews or update the app
Please add oxylates and also a legume section.
There are no instructions on how to use this app. I’m totally frustrated. Where can I find out how to use it????
Zero explanation. Couldn’t find anything helpful. Would love a barcode scanner.
What does grey mean
I really appreciate this app and the comprehensive list of histamine foods. This makes life so much easier when choosing safe foods.
Would be nice if more foods can be added periodically, specially the healthy food like Flaxseeds, Flaxseed Oil, Chia Seeds, Broccoli sprouts, Cod liver oil, Seabass, Oyster, Hemp seeds, Edamame, Krill oil, Algae oil...
This has been the most helpful and least confusing app I have used for multiple food allergies and intolerances. Thanks for making it. The only question I have is what does They grey color stand for? I can’t find it in the description but understand all the rest.
Missing everyday choices, supplements, missing spices, simple things such as granola; and you don't identify all color codings, such as grey? I like this app but would like to see it more complete.
I was excited to find this app as my son has histamine and salicylate intolerance, but I would love to see more foods added. My big question is what is the GRAY color coding mean? Does it mean it has a negligible amount of something or that the food hasn’t been tested for something (histamine, e.g) so we don’t know... Please help! Thanks!
Great app. Please add sulfites to the app.
I like the simplicity of the interface with this app, but, please add more foods! I'm trying to figure out which fish I can eat, with my Histamine intolerance, and 80%of the types of fish I've searched for aren't even listed in the app. There are also many fruits and veggies that aren't yet listed. Please update the foods list! Also, my mother has done hundreds of hours of research about Histamine intolerance, and she actually recommends consuming pineapple. Why does this app discourage the use of pineapple in the HIT diet? Thanks!
Downloaded today and I think it is great. It doesn't have all the foods but it has a lot and it has been very helpful in helping me deal with my histamine intolerance. Thank you.

I am fructose intolerant. This app helps me know what foods are acceptable and the levels of tolerance. Everyone's intolerance level is different but this works for me.
